Prosecuting Evil: The Extraordinary World Of Ben Ferencz The film paints a portrait of Ben Ferencz at age 98, the last living prosecutor of the Nuremberg trials, who continues his life crusade to fight for justice and against war.

Chronicles the life of Ben Ferencz, who fled the First World War and came to the United States as a refugee, studied law at Harvard and served as a prosecutor during the Nuremberg trials at age 27.  Ferencz dedicated his life to helping create the International Criminal Court.

Based on the Samantha Power book “A Problem from Hell”: America and the Age of Genocide. The film tells the story of Raphael Lemkin, the man who coined the term “genocide” and lobbied to make it an international crime. It then turns to the later work of Ben Ferencz, a prosecutor during the Nuremberg trials,
