The U.N. is not going to stop the genocide in Darfour. The African Union is not going to stop the genocide in Darfour. The U.S. is not going to stop the genocide in Darfour. NATO is not going to stop the genocide in Darfour. The European Union is not going to stop the genocide in Darfour. But someday, Luis Moreno Ocampo is going to bring those who commited the genocide to justice.
